This report presents data on participation of underrepresented groups in science & engineering (S&E). It also documents factors important to success in S&E in precollege educ., undergraduate & graduate educ., & employment. The data & analyses presented can be used to track progress, develop policies to increase participation in S&E, & evaluate the effectiveness of such policies.
